To John Dowling of Chippy School of Motoring Driver & Instructor Training Services, first of all I would like to thank God for the endurance and strength that he has provided for me to achieve the end results of my ADI (PDI Pt 3 test, at 1st attempt). However, I give my best appreciation to John who has gave all his amazing efforts and patience throughout the journey of my training. With John, he is a driving instructor who will push you to be the best of yourself and sees the potential within becoming an ADI- along with helping to achieve the weekly goal and know where to improve on by providing a well formed feedback. In additional, within my 30 years of driving experience- I have yet had a lot to learn from John such as in terms of observations, awareness, anticipation and good communication skills.

As being the student within the journey of supporting the ADI training, I myself have learnt useful knowledge from John as we have treated every training as a lesson for me. I believe that he has been a well supportive instructor towards the PDI in training and the driving student- in ways where he would step in where necessary and give additional encouragement and feedback in where we can improve. John is a very active teacher who comes in every week with new ideas and challenges for both the PDI and I to achieve during our driving lesson. I would definitely recommend John to continue with sharing his great work to more in training as he leads a well structured program for his students.
