| Testimonials |
I am happy to write a reference on behalf of John Dowling, who is an excellent ADI trainer
I initially trained with the Instructor College, however they did not train me to the standards required by the DSA.
John is an excellent trainer and very quickly re-taught the syllabus and I passed my Part 3, without his help this would have been difficult.
My background is in Training and Human Resources so I know a good trainer when I meet one.
If you would like further information please call me on 01295 816894 or 07914 866785.
I will go to John for a refresher before my check tests.

When it was time to have my Check Test I have to admit I was concerned that I was teaching my pupils in such a way that there lessons were planned to suit them and too make good progress with their learning.
I decided to contact John Dowling to help me sharpen my technique to teach in the D.S.A. way and help my pupils.
I was not disappointed, from the first time I phoned John he was their to give me information and we arranged to have a few lessons, one on one. He made sure my overall driving skills were up to scratch and then concentrated on my teaching skills on planning a lesson for pupils.
He helped me in many ways and answered all my questions in such a way that it was more than teacher pupil basis but as some one that has a great feeling for the job which I hope has rubbed off on to me.
I had my Check Test and passed, so I thank you John for all your help and advise.

John was recommended to me after I failed my first attempt at Part 3.
It became obvious that I needed to be totally retrained.
Over the weeks we worked hard and there were times when I struggled with the high standard that John demanded but with his patience and guidance we overcame many hurdles resulting in a good pass on the second attempt
I have no hesitation in recommending John.

I first met John at the Banbury Test centre, when I had recently qualified. We started a discussion about HPT and he exhibited a level of technical knowledge and expertise, coupled with superb communication skills, which far outweighed anybody that I had met before. When it came to further training for my first educational check test, I had no doubts as to where I should go.
John's training has been extremely useful to me because it has gone from the basic training that I received for my Part 3 and has dealt with the subject matter in greater detail without getting bogged down in unnecessary trivia. He has the ability to simulate, educate and manage time to great effect.
I would have no quarms about recommending John to anyone within the driver training industry.
